Oh, sure I could! Which reminds me, here on WM, we use a virtual currency called WMs (winged memories. Creative, I know. XD). We use that to buy pics, avatars, etc. I'll color one or two free, but I've got to make a living, ya know.

Well, I wouldn't say that. You don't need a program, just do it traditionally and scan it. I don't think the guidelines say that you need to digital art or use a tablet, so don't worry about it! You should enter for fun! I might enter if I finish the cover for VSS.
Hey, did you know that Wacom (the most famous company for tablets) holds anime contests every now and then, and the top three winners (or if you win the lucky draw) get tablets? You should enter! I think the most recent lasts until March 31st...
